The mausoleum of SPLM founder Dr. John Garang De Mabior will be rebuilt to match the status of the architect of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement, according GOSS Cabinet Affairs Minister Luka Manoja.
Manoja made the announcement on July 30th, as the South commemorated the 3rd anniversary of the tragic death of Dr. Garang at the Garang Mausoleum in Juba. |

 The SPLM has decided to contest the forthcoming general elections at all levels up and down the country, including fielding a candidate for the position of president of the republic.
“For the first time the SPLM has decided to participate in the elections at all levels, including elections for the president of the republic,” SPLM Deputy Secretary General Yassir Arman told a news conference on Saturday.
